Eclipse Cookie Butter ice cream tastes like milk and cream and is plant based. The texture is creamy and thick with lots of pieces of cookie butter. Very sweet treat.
I'm a sucker for ice cream so I love trying new flavors. I went ahead and tried to flavor cookie butter and I loved it!!! I shared it with my son and he really enjoyed it as well.
I tried the butter pecan flavor and was so surprised at how great the flavor is and how sprinkled throughout the dessert are pieces of pecans nice little chunks not just tiny little specks but real good size pieces. The caramel swirls or fantastic the texture was good, I forgot I was not even eating real ice cream made with dairy. Products and that says a lot! I am trying to be better at eating more non-dairy ice creams and this one was truly a delight. I can't wait to try the other flavors. The only thing that is a negative is it's a very high calorie count but that's why it tastes so darn good so I just make sure I limit the amount that I'm eating at a sitting . A little goes a long way so that's the good part a few spoons and I'm satisfied
Yummy! Rich chocolate, gooey, fudgy, really sweet. So creamy that I forgot it is non-dairy. Great plant-based option, not a substitute. So delicious!
