I just tried Eclipse's cookie butter flavored non-dairy frozen dessert. It was very creamy and not too sweet
We loved the taste and the texture.
It was really good! I was quite surprized, but in a good way. We tried the Dark Side Of the Spoon and loved it. I was a bit hesitant to eat it as dessert at night because it has caffeine I think in it via coffee extract, so keep that in mind. But it was a great mix of flavors and the cookie dough was great inside this pint!
I choose the Dark Side of the Spoon flavor (chocolate peanut butter cookie dough with fudge chunks). The ice cream was chocolatey and decadent. The consistency was smooth.
I love me some ice cream and try to limit my dairy intake. I would like to see more flavors come to market but I really enjoyed Cookie Butter.
It is good Ice cream plant based more good for customers not want to choose dairy instead. The taste is okay and the pint size good for couples time to eat
This ice "cream" was delicious. I've tried other plant based frozen desserts, and Eclipse came closest to tasting like the real thing. I'm looking forward to trying more flavors.
Eclipse describes its dairy-free ice creams as "cowlessly creamy" and Eclipse is certainly creamy. I tried the Dark Side of the Spoon flavor which includes chocolate, peanut butter, cookie dough, and fudge chunks. I would normally be worried about eating such a decadent ice cream, but because this dessert is lactose-free, I don't have to worry about getting sick later. This ice cream taste just like the real thing.
Simply delicious! It was creamy and full of flavor. What I liked was that there were no preservatives and it was 100% plant based and vegan.
