I've had my fair share of plant based ice creams and they always lack the creamy texture. This pint was heaven! Delicious flavor and the texture was very comparable to regular ice creams. Delicious!
We tried the Vintage Vanilla because if a nondairy ice cream can't do vanilla right then the other flavors are just a coverup. Eclipse was really good, creamy, smooth and perfect with pie or cookies.
I finally found Eclipse after weeks of searching and I'm so glad I kept looking! The texture and taste is unlike any other non-dairy ice cream product out there. Cookie butter is my favorite and not many brands sell the flavor.
I loved the taste and texture of this plant-based ice cream. I initially tried the Vintage Vanilla flavor but have since tried Mint Chip and Caramel Butter Pecan. Both of these exceeded my expectations, too. Even a member of my family who is not vegan thought the ice cream was extra good.
Really loved the flavor. Didn't anticipate it to be as creamy and flavorful as it is, given that it is plant based. It is very rich and I really enjoyed it.
This ice cream has an interesting flavor. It's definitely not regular ice cream. Once you adjust you are searching for the the chunks of cookie dough and peanut butter.
Super creamy, great flavor, good texture, good amount of mix in bits. I usually don't like chocolate ice cream but this one called to me. Pleasantly surprised.
I was pleasantly surprised by how good the cookie butter was. It tastes just like cookie dough and it's so delicious I could eat the entire container in one sitting! Definitely recommended!!
