While our labels call this by its legal name, you likely know this ingredient as expeller-pressed canola oil. Expeller pressing means the oil is removed from the seed using only a press and never any solvents, additives, or chemicals. We make sure ours is non-GMO. It provides the fat (unsaturated!), richness, and texture needed to make Eclipse perform and taste just like dairy.

Shout out to Cassava root again! This powder is made from the sweet tuber to provide a slight sweetness and creamy texture. If you’ve noshed on the delicious pearls in boba tea, you’ve already experienced a little of this ingredient’s magic.

These ingredients are akin to the calcium found in milk and give our product similar nutrition to dairy. Our calcium lactate and calcium gluconate come from a vegan-friendly source.
