I love this brand and they're plant based ice cream! I think they have great flavors and a good texture. It tastes like regular ice cream to me and i will buy again!
I actually had a hard time finding this at Vons and had to a couple different stores to find it. But I picked up the vanilla flavor from the ice cream aisle by the other non dairy ice cream options and took it home. I ate this with some apple pie and it was delicious! Liked the cannula taste and texture of the ice cream.

Eclipse plant based Ice cream will stand up to any full cream dessert. They are vegan and surprisingly delightful. Well named they will eclipse all others in flavor and consistency.
This ice cream was a full pint size. It was really good and i would definitely try it again. I love that it is plant based as i do not ever want to give up eating ice cream!
I tried two flavors. Cookies butter is my favorite now. I tried different plant based ice cream. This one is most delicious. Many of my friends have perception that plant based ice cream doesn't taste as good as dairy base ice cream. I will recommend this to them.

I tried the Cookie Butter flavor and I must say, I really enjoyed it. It was smooth and creamy and tasted exactly like those jars of cookie butter that you can find in stores. I like the fact that it's plant based, so it's good for those who are lactose intolerant. I look forward to tasting the other varieties.
