You know sometimes I'm kind of on the fence about plant base products and plant based ice cream but this product from Eclipse Foods was fantastic! So creamy, yummy and delicious. The melt in your mouth ice cream is super flavorful with great texture and taste. I would definitely recommend this product to anybody who is lactose intolerant, just can't handle their dairy products anymore or who just wants to live a plant-based lifestyle. I tried the Caramel Butter Pecan. So excited to try the other flavors also.

I am so excited to write this review. The flavor was amazing, there was nothing funny tasting about this ice cream. The texture was not weird. The container was filled to the top, unlike most of these sort of brands. It was a bit on the pricey side, but well worth the money for the amazing taste of the product!

I tried the cookie butter and caramel butter pecan and loved it. The text you the cookie butter was amazing. With prices of food these days I can't afford it every week but definitely on my list of deserts few times a month when I need something sweet and amazing. I especially loved my 6 years old saying: mommy these vegan ice cream is better than my dairy ice cream.

This plant based ice cream was very good! The flavor I chose, butter caramel pecan, had a deep, rich flavor of caramel and enough pecans to bring that part of the flavor out as well. The texture was very good - a little less creamy than dairy ice cream, but you'd never notice if you didn't have them side by side. A very nice ice cream that you'd never know was dairy free!

Wow, very yummy! Though it can be difficult to mess up ice cream, as it is a dessert after all, there have been some that do miss the mark. However this one does not! Love the dark side of the spoon flavor, originally didn't know how the peanut butter would work with the other chocolate heavy ingredients but it actually did work! I'm excited to use my bogo coupon to try some other flavors!

The vintage vanilla was so delicious. You can tell the difference with this ice cream. There is the freshness and the vanilla just stands out. It has a really good texture to the ice cream and no weird after taste. It is such a great dessert and I appreciate all the good ingredients in it. My kids loved it also which made me feel great to give them this.
