My husband and I loved this ice cream as a special treat. The chunks, texture and flavor were so good. However, even though it's lactose free it's still packed with sugar so I'd save it for a special occasion.

This ice cream really surprised me with its texture and flavor for being a plant-based product. I selected the mint chip and was really surprised with how it tuned out.

The ice cream was smooth and creamy. The mint flavor was just right. The chocolate chips added taste and chunkiness. All in all, it didn't disappoint.

I loved the texture, much more ice-creamy and less puddingy than most plant based ice-creams. The flavor was spot-on too. Can't wait to try different flavors.

For a plant-based product it is quite tasty , I would say the texture is a little bit different from dairy-based ice cream but the taste makes up for it.

How is this dairy free???? Based on the ingredients list, I expected this product to be icy and bland - but no way! The frozen dessert (can you actually call it ice cream??) is packed with flavor and boasts that creamy texture I expect from dairy ice cream. I'm not enthusiastic about the nutritional value though - high fat, sugar, and Rapeseed oil is questionable. BUT that flavor. NOM NOM

Wow what an amazing lactose free ice cream. Tried the mint chip was absolutely delicious. Eclipse ice cream did not have any bad aftertaste as some lactose free ice cream products do. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

A great treat on a hot day. I liked the flavor of the cookie butter, felt like Trader Joe's one, but based on the label it is definitely healthier.

This was delicious. I'm a little confused as to why it says it is a pint because it is 14oz, not 16oz. But let me tell you, this flavor was incredible. It was different from so many others out there and it was creamy. I wish Central Market carried all of their flavors so I could try each one.

The caramel butter pecan ice cream tasted incredible. I couldn't tell that it wasn't dairy. It was rich and creamy. Other ones I got were a little too icy for my liking but I hope it was the fault of the store.
