It's super creamy! I honestly don't think I can pick a favorite. I can't wait to try the other flavors next time 🙂 I do have to be careful not to eat the whole pint all at once

I tried caramel butter pecan. Great flavor and smooth and creamy texture. I don't buy a lot of plant based ice cream but i would buy this and I want to try some of the other flavors

NEW FAVORITE! Cookie Butter was a HUGE HIT. I can't wait to use the BOGO coupon to try the other flavors like Butter Pecan and Mint Chip. Great texture, super creamy and rich, spectacular flavor profile and bonus points for being plant-based and vegan. Not too sweet. Can't rave about this enough. We finished the pint in one sitting between the two of us. This actually tasted amazing with espresso on the side. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Yay another ice cream brand that's based in healthy inspiration! I liked the names of the flavors, and who doesn't like cookie butter ice cream? Tasted nice without any weird aftertaste, and the texture was spoonable. Thanks for letting me try this!

THIS IS SOO GOOOD!! I absolutely love the piercing minty taste of this ice cream. It was perfectly creamy and you cant tell its plant based!! I would 100% recommend.

I wasn't sure about this plant-based ice cream by Eclipse Foods because I'd never heard of it before. But when I got it and tried it it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this ice cream to anyone that follows a plant-based diet like I do, you won't be disappointed.

Some magic is going on here. The texture is quite creamy and they are not using the typical plant-based ice-cream ingredients. The taste is great too (at least the cookie butter which I tried). Much respect, highly recommend.

This was one of the best cookie butter flavors of ice cream I've ever had! Creamy, smooth and a great taste! Really liked all of the variety this brand has, not just chocolate and vanilla.

I just got a chance to look for this in store and was pleasantly surprised to see the variety of flavors being offered. The pecan and mango flavors immediately caught my eye and i was not disappointed. Creamy and rich with a nice taste/flavor. No idea how they got the creaminess without milk but it was good. This being Vegan is a plus for my wife!

Best ice ream around. As good or better than Blue Bell Home Made Vanilla. Will buy again ASAP. Ate the whole pint in one sitting. Can't wait to try another flavor.

Really good ice cream. Tastes like regular ice cream, I was impressed. I tried the Carmel one and it's very tasty. No funny flavors or anything. Just good. Give it a try.

I tried to Mint Chip Plant Based Ice Cream by Eclipse Foods and thought it was pretty tasty for a plant based ice cream. The texture was very smooth and creamy and I would recommend this product to family and friends.

Wow! I am very surprised how good this is. I've had lots of dairy free desserts and most are awful but this is flavorful, smooth (not creamy), with good mix-ins.
