Great tasting flavor and good texture. I liked the smoothness of this plant-based ice cream in particular. Also the packaging and font is cute!

I've had a lot of dairy free ice creams from really good to hard as a rock. Eclipsed has truly eclipse opinions on quality dairy free ice creams. I've sampled both the cookie butter and dark side of the spoon and both re overwhelming with flavors throughout. The cookie butter is a must try!

Plant-based ice creams have realllllly been stepping it up these days! Eclipse is no exception, and I'm happy to have it in my rotation of fun new vegan ice creams to try. I'm weak for cookie flavors (cookie butter, cookie dough, etc. etc. etc.), and this is a fun change of pace from Trader Joes' cookie butter straight from the jar or Ben and Jerry's vegan cookie dough.

Smooth and creamy with great flavor. I could not tell the difference between this and real ice cream. A bit pricey for the amount you get, but worth it.

I choose the cookie butter flavor to try and I did enjoy the creaminess and texture of the ice cream very much. It is hard to tell that it is plant-based but my stomach sure knew the difference, I had no problem digesting this ice cream. I love that it is preservative free and vegan. I felt that the cookie butter was too sweet for me but I will be buying other flavors to try because the creamy texture was really good.

I like this new Eclipse plant - based ice cream. The flavor is very good, and tastes like natural real ice-creams. I can have this without any guilty.

This ice cream is so delicious! I love that it is plant based, and yet still tastes like a milk based ice cream! The texture and flavor are just like milk based ice cream

Plant based ice cream, yum. So good and natural ingredients. I got the chocolate fudge and peanut butter flavor. Easy to find in store at the ice cream fridge section. They have a lot of flavors. I will be trying the mint flavor next. Love it.

Nice taste. This ice cream is plants based, dairy free. I tried the cookie butter and obsessed with the flavor. Eclipse is now among my new favourite.

It exceeded my expectations. I've never tried cookie butter before so I wasn't expecting much, but it tastes like a blend of snickerdoodle and gingerbread without the spice. I'm lactose intolerant so I try my best to avoid dairy products, but I'm also allergic to nuts so it's a bit hard to find something vegan that suits my needs while also tasting good.

I tried the cookie butter. I absolutely love this. It has hints of cinnamon in it, and usually I'm not a fan of that flavor, but here it works perfectly. It makes me feel almost nostalgic like I know what this tastes exactly like, but I can't quite pin it.

Took a while to find it, but it was worth it. Very delicious flavor and it tastes like a Biscoff Cookie. The flavor is rich and decadent. I would recommend this since it is an alternative to milk based ice cream.

I got eclipse ice cream to try. I liked that it had a creamy texture and great taste. My family didn't notice that it was plant based. Looking forward to trying other flavors.

I was blown away by how delicious this was. Hard to not eat the whole thing at once. How can this be so creamy yet non-dairy? It's an ice cream dream. However my biggest complaint wasn't about the items much as the accessibility. It's #bougie (pricey) to be sure, but sadly it's only available a few places and my market only carries it one place. Pretty inconvenient. And I live in a huge city. but locally I get mine at @central_market. Thanks for the coupon to #trynatural for free. Another caveat in addition to the difficulty finding it, is that it's VERY high in sugar content. definitely not for diabetics! I was impressed, though, with the real peppermint oil. No fake flavoring here so that's good. my rating: 4/5 stars overall, but a 5/5 for taste and texture)

Are you trying the cookie flavor, which it was really good. However, after a few scoops, I got tired of the same taste, so maybe next time I will try a different flavor from this brand but overall, it had that cookie butter flavor on point, and the consistency was great, not too sweet in my opinion.
