It was really creamy and great tasting. Mint chips has always been one of my favorites since I was a child and trying it from a natural source was just great. It really surprised me on how good it was. Definitely recommend

I'm very lactose intolerant, so I try to be good and avoid dairy products. But cheese! And ice cream! I've been let down by most other brands of non-dairy or plant milk ice creams. The milk bases for those must be watery-er/have less fat than dairy milk, because I always have an issue with the ice cream melting within seconds.
But this will probably, finally convince me to give up regular ice cream! The mouthfeel - rich, creamy, coats your tongue like full-fat cream in dairy ice cream (Salt & Straw is usually my fav and this was equally rich). I got the Cookie Butter flavor, which was malty, toasty heaven. I was also impressed to see my local store had three flavors - the dark chocolate PB, the butter pecan, and the cookie butter. I almost got the butter pecan, and might go back for it once I'm done with this carton. In this never-ending heat wave, I don't want to be breaking out and nauseous from dairy, so I'm grateful for this haha.

Very tasty and smooth with none of the grit I'm accustomed to with other plant based ice cream desserts. Pretty creamy and the consistency was on point as well. Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the pint and would most likely purchase upon seeing them in the grocery aisle again.

Eclipse Foods is doing just what their company name entails. Blocking out the rest of the competition and becoming the only thing in sight. Their flavors are great and the fact that it's plant based and vegan makes it even better.

Wow! This was so much better than I thought. I got the cookie butter and it was just delicious and creamy. It brought a smile to my face after every spoonful. I am not a huge cookie butter fan and this was amazing so that says a lot.

My family loved the great taste of the delicious vintage vanilla plant based ice cream by Eclipse foods that has no preservatives. This product is also vegan.

One of my favorite ice creams. I am glad I tried them. Texture is smooth and creamy. It's light and not too creamy which make you eat more and more.

Yum yum yum! Deliciously decadent with none of the guilt Count Me In. Sort of reminds me of the old tofuti brand. Hoping they will come out with some sort of a chocolate almond mocha flavor:-)

I'm always excited to see non-dairy ice cream companies coming up with some crunchy flavorings. I would love to see a vegan version of many of the Ben & Jerry's flavors!

You've got to try the passion fruit! It is so yummy I could eat the whole thing myself! It's exciting to see a new brand and I hope they expand with more flavors!
