This ice cream is pretty creamy for a plant based ice cream. I try the classic vanilla flavor and it taste great. I added it to an espresso shot and it taste delicious.

Up until now, I've survived by either avoiding ice cream altogether, getting some non-dairy alternative dessert, or having a small amount, like 1-2 scoops of dairy ice cream with lactose pills. In moments when I didn't have the pills with me, like impromptu social gatherings, I had to make the hard decision of "Do I enjoy a bit of deliciousness now at the cost of throbbing stomach pain for hours later?" as I'm sure many people reading this have experienced as well.

It tastes great. The almond milk taste is there but subtle I'm somewhat indifferent about almond milk but I do hope that they explore other non-dairy milk options too, like cashew milk or rice milk. The Oreos bit and swatches of peanut butter are delicious. These are some of my favorite foods, so given that plus the non-dairy, this particular ice cream was the trifecta for me. The texture is definitely softer than ice cream. It does have some slightly surprising ingredients as well like coconut oil and pea protein which I'm not really sure about why they're there but they didn't affect taste for me.

We tried the mint chip ice cream and everyone in the household enjoyed it. We enjoyed the mint flavor and of course the chocolate bits. We'll be buying more.

I am so surprised at how good and creamy and delicious this ice cream is if I wouldn't have know it was a plant based ice cream. It tastes better than most brands out there I highly recommend purchasing this product.

I tried the Cookie Butter flavor of Eclipse ice-cream. I just loved the unique flavor and the rich creamy taste.

I liked this a lot. I like plant based since dairy is tough on my stomach and well so many other reasons. This is a brand I will add for my inevitable ice cream cravings.

I bought the caramel pecan flavor and it was really good. There are a lot of pecan pieces in it and the caramel flavor is perfect. The ice cream itself is really good and creamy. A great dairy free option.

I went down to my local Vons and I was able to find Eclipse pints in the plant based/non-dairy section of the freezer aisle really easily. They were like literally on the top shelf of the freezer just eclipsing all the other brands of ice cream with their fabulously modern and colorful packaging. The flavors to choose from were just too good, but in the end, the Dark side of the spoon caught my eye and my heart. The flavor description reads "chocolate, peanut butter cookie dough, and fudge chunks". All mix-ins that I simply need to eat right now in the heat of summer. After having a few spoonfuls as I write this review, I was surprised that this was plant based because it tastes like normal ice cream and it's got the perfect creaminess and consistency of the real thing!

This plant-based ice cream really exceeded my expectations, so I'll end my review by singing:

This pint is swift as a normal ice cream

With all the taste of a great dessert

With all the rage of a rich dark chocolate

Mysterious as the Dark Side of the Spoon

I thought that the cookie butter variety was really tasty. The packaging is also really nice on it. I loved that it was plant based and tasted amazing.

So much better than I had expected. I was skeptical about vegan ice cream for fear of it tasting like frozen chalk. But boy was I wrong. This ice cream is soo creamy and yummy, I had to force myself to put the lid back on and put it back in the freezer - otherwise, I may have eaten the whole tub. I tried the Cookie Butter, and if I hadn't known that this was plant-based I would have sworn it was made with real milk and cream. Now I cannot wait to try all the other flavors. This is really great ice cream, and I can only recommend it to anyone who either doesn't do well with milk/dairy or who wants to change their lifestyle, or is just simply curious. This is definitely a super yummy treat!

I tried the Mango Passionfruit ice cream and for a product that's dairy-free, it was so delicious and creamy I couldn't even tell. Love the unique fruity flavor too!

Yum! This was a great dairy free ice cream super creamy and decadent, not icy at all like other dairy free ice creams. We tried the mint chip and loved it.

This is one of the best vegan plant-based ice cream with many great flavors and no preservatives. My family just loves Eclipse over any other brands we have tried.

I like this brand! The flavor I got was mango passion fruit which reminds me of sherbet ice cream. I don't usually like the flavors I see for sherbet since it's too sour but this one is good, just the right mix
