Plant-based! Eclipse doesn't taste like other brands that have a plant based recipe. Their Vintage Vanilla tastes like childhood real vanilla ice cream. I absolutely loved it!

I loved how rich and creamy this ice cream is. They have great flavors to choose from I liked the non-dairy and plant based feature of this ice cream. I used it to put on top of brownies and everyone love the vanilla ice cream making it a great combo for entertaining.

Caramel Butter Pecan ice cream by Eclipse Foods are plant-based so no worries of any dairy. The texture taste like ice cream and I couldn't tell the difference except that it melted quicker. It is delicious.

At first, I could only find the Caramel Butter Pecan pints. While those are probably delicious, I love chocolate ice cream the most, so I went on a voyage to find the Dark Side of the Spoon variety. The Dark Side of the Spoon flavor consists of chocolate ice cream with peanut butter cookie dough and fudge chunks. I loved it!

I tried the cookie butter flavor and enjoyed it very much! It was very creamy and had a really nice texture. Good healthy alternative to regular ice cream.

Delicious, delicious, delicious! It is such a creamy treat that is very similar to a thick, frozen custard. The taste is very bold but the sweetness is not too much. I am hoping that they expand their flavors, especially to include more 'tropical' ones. I will definitely be treating myself to it again

This was such a rich and delicious dairy free ice cream, I literally thought I was eating Ben & Jerry's with the flavor I got. It was filled with so many nuggets

I tried the mint chip and it was amazing. The mint is creamy and flavorful, but my favorite thing was the chocolate chips. They were all throughout the ice cream. Laced chocolate is the best way I can describe it. So happy to see plant based options!
