Best plant based ice cream I've had. Classic mint chip has always been my favorite flavor at any ice cream shop and ellipse was just as good as any dairy mint chip ice cream I've had. I can't wait to the other flavors.

I loved this. I have tried quite a few plant based ice creams and this is the closest by far to dairy ice cream. I had Cookie Butter. It was creamy with a sweet buttery flavor and delicious bits of golden cookies. What more could you ask for.

I tried Cookie Butter flavored ice cream. It was so creamy and delicious. I was amazed by the texture and flavor. I can't wait to try mango passion fruit next!!

This ice cream does NOT taste plant based - in the best way! It's decadent, creamy, with no aftertaste and just the right amount of sweetness. I opted for the "Dark Side of the spoon" flavor and LOVED the chocolate mixed with fudge and peanut butter. I love that this ice cream does not contain any preservatives as well.

Love this plant based ice cream. Doesn't taste healthy but rich in flavor. Love all the flavor options. Tastes just like my old ice cream. Love the texture and taste.

I love this ice cream so much. It's absolutely delicious and tasty. It's plant based so I can eat it everyday without worrying about the ingredients of regular ice cream. I will definitely purchase it again and again. It's a new favorite for me

I tried Eclipse Dark Side of the Spoon and did not put the container down until it was gone. I didn't mean to eat the whole container in one sitting, but I couldn't stop myself. It was too good to put down.

I purchased the cookie butter flavor of the Eclipse plant-based ice cream. It was extraordinary! It was creamy, melts in your mouth, and had chunks of cookie butter. Mouth watering!

Dark Side of the Spoon is my ideal chocolate ice cream!: non-dairy, chocolately, creamy, with loads of delicious little explosions of extra chocolate in each bite. Also tried Cookie Butter and Butter Pecan -- they're all delicious! Will definitely be having again!

This ice cream far surpassed my expectations. From texture to nutritional information, this ice cream was fantastic. My partner and I tried the Cookie Butter flavor, and we were not disappointed in the slightest.

The taste is soft and buttery, containing the perfect amount of flavor without being too sweet or too rich. The texture is creamy, melting on your tongue in just the right way. Whether you want to eat it quickly or take small, savory bites; this ice cream is the perfect option to go to.

And here's the best part: the sugar and the saturated fat are not insanely high! The sugar content was about average for ice cream, which I figured is fair for a rare frozen treat. But the saturated fat, oh was I pleasantly surprised. Every other vegan ice cream I have tried (not counting non-creamy/water-ice types) has had insanely high saturated fat contents per serving, often reaching as high as 17g (or MORE, some brands even surpassing 20g). Eclipse doesn't even reach 17g per the entire container, which is not only important for the average consumer, but extremely important for people with health conditions. I personally have GERD, which is a common affliction which a whopping 20% of the population is estimated to have! My symptoms are so severe that I can't eat more than the tiniest bite of any other ice cream without causing intense amounts of pain and discomfort, so it's a serious understatement when I say that I way ecstatic upon reading the ice cream label and finding something reasonable for the first time ever.
