I'm not vegan; I enjoy full-dairy ice cream. That said, this plant-based ice cream was VERY "creamy," and if I didn't know better, I would probably think it was dairy-based. I'm not very familiar with the health qualities of rapeseed oil, but it's not lower in calories than conventional ice cream. Since I got vanilla, I tried making a root beer float with it, and it didn't combine with the root beer in the same same way as conventional ice cream, but it was still pretty good. Would definitely recommend it for my vegan friends and family.

We loved the eclipse ice cream and enjoyed with family and friends and loved the unique flavor, will enjoy more with other and go to the store for more

OMG Dark Side of the Spoon was so delicious I could not believe how creamy and the rich chocolate flavor eclipse had - very hard to believe it is actually non-dairy. The amazing tasty chunks of peanut butter fudge cookie dough taste like chocolate pieces. Well done Eclipse it has to be the best plant based ice cream I have ever tasted! Can't wait to try out the other flavors.

Mango Passionfruit flavor by Eclipse Food is truly delicious. It was a bit hard to find and had to drive a little out of the way but well worth it.

Wow! This was a really delicious plant based ice cream. Some plant-based ice creams have a tendency to be icy, but this was so smooth and creamy; all the ingredients were well blended and emulsified. There was no separation of the ingredients as the product warmed up. The chocolate taste was prominent. Not too sweet, just right. I'll buy this again.

Initially, I was bummed to see the limited flavors of Eclipse at the store I went to. I was really hoping to try the mint chip or dark side of the moon. But I ended up choosing the cookie butter flavor and it was so yummy.

The creamiest and tastiest vegan ice cream Ive EVER had!! The creamy chocolate base, with delicious peanut butter cookie dough and crunchy chocolate chunks gives it the perfect balance of taste and texture!

I really enjoyed this ice cream. I felt good while eating it too as it was a lot healthier than normal ice cream. Store had several flavors that looked interesting. Great option for the vegan eaters out there. Loved the bright colors, easy to find since it stands out!

I tried Mint Chocolate Chip Plant-Based Ice Cream by Eclipse Foods and loved it! Refreshing, creamy with nice dark chocolate taste. I especially liked that it's free from artificial colors and flavors, gums and stabilizers! Great non-dairy ice cream!

Very creamy and flavorful I would definitely buy it again. I like the fact that it's low calorie without using sugar alcohols. I would definitely let my family and friends eat this brand

I absolutely love ice cream. I always seek to try different flavors, types and brands of ice cream to see what is out there. Maybe it is a precursor to one day opening an ice cream shop? But for now, it is my guilty pleasure. Ice cream is a top tier dessert and when I saw Eclipse's plant based ice cream, I immediately wanted to try it. They offer a wide selection of unique and interesting flavors that all sound divine. The packaging is also beautiful! I love how simply but eye popping it is.

For this review, I had a hard time deciding on one flavor to get so I got Cookie Butter, Dark Side of The Spoon, Mango Passion Fruit and Caramel Butter Pecan.

Cookie Butter: The flavor is spot on. Absolutely delicious. A spoonful of creamy cookie butter it all its sweet glory. I absolutely fell in love after the first bite. Riddled throughout the pint are cookie butter chunks that are amazing. If you are a fan of cookie butter, I would highly recommend this pint. Eclipse mastered this rendition of cookie butter ice cream.

Dark Side of The Spoon: Phenomenal chocolate ice cream with chunks of cookie dough and fudge pieces throughout. This is a winner. I love Cookie Dough Ice Cream and tend to stray away from chocolate based versions but this pint let me see the beauty in chocolate based cookie dough ice cream. The Cookie Dough pieces play beautifully with the deep chocolate flavors of the ice cream base and the fudge pieces have an exquisite texture that amplifies the chocolate taste. This one also wins for best name. All around a good pint for chocolate lovers and cookie dough ice cream appreciators!

I got the vanilla and I liked it a lot. Smooth and creamy, ingredients all looked great. Would definitely buy this again as well as the other flavors avail. A little pricey but once in a while would be a nice treat.
