Plant based ice creams are my favorite desserts and let me say this Eclipse ice cream is a treat! I had the luxury of trying the Caramel Butter Pecan and this was so amazing! Such a creamy and tasty ice cream and i could not tell the difference of this and normal ice cream! I loved it!

I tried the Caramel Butter Pecan flavor. It is creamy with great texture and very delicious. The Eclipse Foods Plant-Based Ice Creams become our family's new favorite. I will try other flavors.

This ice cream was really yummy. The flavor was delicious and the texture we good. I liked this on waffles. I would eat this on pie as well.

Wow, I'll give both my thumbs up!! I didn't expect taste and texture of this ice cream. I can't believe that it's plant-based/ non dairy ice cream. Way better than other non dairy ice creams. I chose caramel butter pecans. It has chopped pecans. Not just few pieces of chopped pecans. Every bites I have chopped pecans. That's great, too!!

I love this ice cream it's very yummy tastes great. I didn't think I would like it so much. I will buy and recommend to my friends and family

Tried the Eclispe Foods plant based ice cream cookie butter flavor. Taste and texture were just as good a regular ice cream. Looking foreword to trying other flavors.

Very creamy. Can't tell it's non-dairy. Good vanilla flavor. Calories per serving is a little high, but love the low saturated fat percentage. Will buy it again and try other flavors with the BOGO coupon or when it's on sale.

The best vegan ice cream I ever tasted. I had the dark side of the spoon and it was so creamy and yummy and chunky all at the same time. I loved the chunks of peanut butter and dark chocolate. I could have finished the whole pint in one sitting. I hope that there will be lower calorie versions and I find the calories high and the ice cream is irresistible I think hands down I have never tried an ice cream so delicious that is vegan. This is absolutely my new favorite!

Very yummy! Smooth, creamy, and not icy like some non-dairy ice cream can get. I hope to see some more exciting flavors be introduced, but enjoying their current line-up!

First of all I love the different flavor options. This product was also extremely easy to find in the store. This is delicious and I absolutely love that it is dairy free!

I love how in depth the flavor profiles are on each one. Nothing bland. The texture is very nice as well. It's great having more creamy dairy free options available.

The cookie butter flavor tastes like what it's advertised to be. For plant-based (specifically, soy) ice cream, it was pretty decent since it didn't really have the weird tang that I've had from some other types (e.g. other brands that sell cashew ice cream). However, I do feel there is some aspect missing from it, it doesn't have the full-bodied thickness in flavor that dairy ice cream has, but it is a good option for those who can't have dairy but can have soy.
