Ingredients:
- 9 oz Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Liqueur (We love Chinola!)
- 0.5 oz Coconut Liqueur (We love Clement!)
- 0.5 oz Rum (We love Appleton Estate!)
Toppings:
- Whipped Cream
Instructions:
- In a shake tin, add Eclipse vanilla bean ice cream, passion fruit liqueur, coconut liqueur, and rum.
- Blend in the shake mixer until smooth.
- Pour into a shake glass and garnish with whipped cream.
All recipes are written by weight, not volume. Eclipse Ice cream or soft serve can be used interchangeably. Amount of liquid needed may be less if using soft serve.
