Ingredients:

  • 9 oz Eclipse Classic Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 3 oz Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Spread (We love Nocciolata!)
  • 2 oz Water or Milk of choice

Instructions: 

  1. In a shake tin, add Eclipse classic chocolate ice cream, vegan chocolate hazelnut spread, and your choice of liquid. 
  2. Blend in the shake mixer until smooth. 
  3. Line a shake glass with vegan chocolate hazelnut spread or chocolate syrup, and pour the blended shake into the prepared glass.

All recipes are written by weight, not volume. Eclipse Ice cream or soft serve can be used interchangeably. Amount of water needed may be less if using soft serve.
