Eclipse Foods Plant Based Ice Cream is so delicious! We tried the Mint Chip variety. It was so rich and creamy. We could not believe it was not made with milk or heavy cream. It tasted slow churned and way better than traditional dairy based ice cream. The mint flavor was fresh and natural, not artificial. The chocolate bits balanced the flavors perfectly, not too sweet. We cannot wait to try the other yummy flavors.

Omg. This ice cream is good. I intentionally got mint chip for my husband. I decided to taste it. So go. I don't even like mint chip. But I do now. Of course my husband loves it.
Eclipse - cool brand and very cool flavor names, such as vintage vanilla. I tried vintage vanilla and it was so great. For once, I didn't taste the typical aftertaste of the preservatives. I feel good serving this to my kids. Great option and many great flavors. Can't wait to try them all.
I love everything passion fruit so this ice cream was such a treat. It was so delicious, I really wish it came in a bigger size. Can't wait to try the other flavors!
