I tried cookie butter ice cream from Eclipse Foods. It was just as creamy as regular ice creams (but it's plant-based and vegan!). I would try other flavors since I liked both the flavor and texture.

I tried Mango Passion Fruit vegan Eclipse Ice cream and I am so happy. Very good creamy fruity combination, rich and delicious ice cream, with very smooth texture. Perfect ice cream for the whole family, and as the label said is an “adventure to a tropical paradiseâ€. I want to give six starts!!!
I tried Plant-Based Ice Cream by Eclipse Foods, Caramel Butter Pecan flavor. I really liked the taste. It has lots of pecans. It was creamy and had the right amount of sweetness.
You would never believe Eclipse ice cream was non dairy if you didn't read the label. I would actually say it's better than most traditional ice creams! I got the mint flavor and was not disappointed! I really want to try mango passion fruit next!
