I was surprised to find unconventional flavors like cookie butter so I had to try it! The swirls of cookie butter paired nicely with the creaminess of the vanilla base. It was hard to make this last very long in the freezer and even harder to keep my boyfriend from finishing it!

Yum, this was delicious and tastes just like regular ice cream. I wouldn't have thought it was plant-based. The mint chip was great and it was hard to stop eating it!!
