I thought this vegan ice cream was very good. I got the mint chip it was really good, especially the chips/. It had a nice creamy texture and I was impressed compared to other vegan brands.

I have been vegan for almost 10 years and this is the first nondairy ice cream that has ever tasted just like traditional ice cream. I LOVE IT!!!!! I bought the caramel butter pecan and was in love from the first bite. The caramel was creamy, the pecans were crunchy and the ice cream itself was divine. I had to stop myself from eating the entire pint in one sitting (so I ate it in two!). Love Eclipse plant based ice ream!!!
I was expecting a plant base ice cream to be chalky. I was wrong. It was creamy with a great taste and had lots of choc chips. They also have three other flavors at Whole Foods.
