The plant-based ice cream by eclipse foods is my new favorite. It has so many different flavors, and I tried mango passionfruit this time. It's very fruity and soft.

It's actually shocking that you can't tell it's a plant faced ice cream. Usually there's some sort of watering is or loss of cream in it is that comes from using the nut based ice creams but this one I can't even tell and thankfully they had my favorite flavor choices.

OMG!!! Another plant based ice cream that really taste like their diary cousins! I got the Eclipse Dark side, which is chunks of fudge and peanut butter cookie dough in chocolate ice cream from my local Vons, which happened to be on sale as well, lucky me! 2/3 cup has 340 calories, 29g of sugar and 25g of added sugars, 290mg of sodium...ummmm...need to keep my treat to only 3 TBSP every time...=P
