I really liked the flavor of this but as It was difficult to find in store. I thought that the texture was creamy, which is difficult to find sometimes in a vegan ice cream. Also, it was not too sweet and the flavors were creative.

Wowza. I've tried a handful of plant based ice creams and have yet to meet one that cut it. So, I say bravo Eclipse. You've done it. This one was a winner. I tried the chocolate peanut butter cookie dough flavor, dark side of the spoon. It tasted like a truffle with a great texture; creamy, rich and full of flavor. It's a stellar ice cream!

I have to say that I really appreciate having the opportunity to try new products through Social Nature and have been fortunate to discover some new favorites. When the Plant Based ice cream by Eclipse offer presented itself I jumped on it. Typically I like Mint Chip but was craving something new so went with Caramel Butter Pecan. It melted (literally and figuratively) in my mouth. The sweetness of the caramel mixed with the more savory crunchy of the pecans was perfect. No aftertaste, but definitely going to be a regular consumption by my mouth. Highly recommend
